Please know that all colors on monitors and phone screens are approximate and I describe them to the best of my ability. What do you mean by snark? What do you think that means? (eyeroll) I get my inspiration from mashups of pop culture, misheard song lyrics, and bad puns. Really bad puns. Do you ever sell things in person? I do! I attend Fiber Festivals around Tennesee, Indiana, and Kentucky. Coming in 2020 Once we’re not under COVID-19 orders I will expand my circle a wee bit more. I actually sell a few more notions and items that I don’t have in my online shops. I’ll do my best to announce what’s coming up soon. Who the heck are you now? My name is Bonnie and I’m originally from NW Florida. From there I went on to Alabama for grad school where I got a Master’s degree in Scene Design for Theater. I spent time working as a scenic artist for professional theaters in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Washington state before finding myself in Tempe, Arizona, where I painted enormous sets (like the Superbowl Halftime Show!) and themed interiors until the economy crashed in the early 2000’s. By then I had met the good Hubster, got married, and decided to go corporate, since hanging from scaffolds at midnight didn’t appeal to me anymore. In 2006 I discovered knitting while recovering from major surgery. Welcome to the dark side, indeed! In 2018 the Hubster and I moved cross country from Tempe to Southern Kentucky for him to start a new job. For a whirl, I decided to start making my own stitch markers, and gave them funny names. Before long, I was making them for other people, and now I can share them with you! Can I commission something? Sure! Just let me know and I’ll let you know if I can make it for you.
