I have a buyer’s remorse policy that if you need to return any items for a refund, the product must be returned. Shipped back to me, in the postal services hands, within 10 business days of receiving, and in the original condition prior to a refund being processed. Processing can take 5 business days. The condition of items are documented prior to shipment, and return condition will be compared. I am not your parent, teacher or spouse, I don’t need any excuses regarding return and refund; colors is wrong, wrong weight of yarn, too much, not enough, I don’t need to know. I will gladly process any refund, but my product must be returned first. I will not pay for return shipping. If charged for shipping, it will be deduct it from your refund. If it exceeds what you paid, there will be no refund and your next purchase from my shop will immediately refunded. I reserve the right to deny any sale.
