Wicked Tint will make every attempt to find the best and most cost effective shipping for your order. USPS Flat rate is the default shipping option, but may not always be the most cost effective. Tracking will always be included on your order. If you wish to have your package shipped with another carrier, please message us.
All reasonable requests for refunds will be honored. If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact Wicked Tint, include pictures so a claim can be filed and purchaser should state if interested in replacemant product or a refund. A buyer's remorse refund will require the purchaser to send the product back to Wicked Tint and if it is in the original condition, the buyer will be issued a refund. Refunds will not be issued for any damage submitted after 5 business days of receiving your shipment. All shipments will have tracking and as such receipt of product will be on file.

I have a buyers remorse policy that if you need to return any items for a refund, the product must be returned. Shipped, in the postal services hands, back to me within 5 business days in the original condition prior to a refund being processed. Processing can take 5 business days.
The condition of items are documented prior to shipment, and return condition will be compared. I am not your parent, teacher or spouse, I don’t need any excuse regarding return and refund; colors is wrong, wrong weight of yarn, too much, not enough, I don’t need to know. I will gladly process any refund, but my product must be returned first.
I will not pay for return shipping, if charged, it will deduct it from your refund. If it exceeds what you paid, there will be no refund and your next purchase from my shop will immediately refunded. It is my right to deny a sale.
