7.5 ounces of home grown, mill-spun single-ply, soft, bulky woolllama yarn, natural black
The fiber for this yarn was produced by our flocks of sheep and llamas. They come in a variety of colors, often depending on age. Fleeces of like colors are sent to the mill where they are washed, blended, and made into yarn or roving. This skein weighs @ 7.5 ounces and is about 400 yards in length. There is more of this lovely black fiber available as single and 2-ply yarn, as well as roving for spinning or felting. We have many colors of roving available. For knitters, this is @ 7 WPI, spun into a soft, silky, 2-ply yarn. This would make a great addition to any weaving, and delightful to knit with. Winter is coming – you might want to make some warm mitts or a hat!
